Welcome to my website. I hope you find it both inspirational and useful. My name is Dr. Deanne M Roberts, M.D.
Before I went to medical school, my first degree was in nutrition (Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, University of British Columbia).
I have always maintained my professional interest in the importance and powerful effects of foods and nutrition in health and illness. A great deal of my time has been devoted to the study of all aspects of metabolic health, food and nutrition.
Over the decades, my practice has been founded on a preventive, collaborative, and broadly “wholistic” approach.

In certain circumstances when coming to the office for group visits is not a reasonable option, visits can be done by secure video link (on your computer or mobile device).

If you think this would apply to you, please call 778-866-2875 for initial inquiries, so we can discuss your specific situation, discuss what would be involved in working together at a distance, and make a plan. After this step, you can book your appointments online or by phone.

Office Visits: The office is just off the corner of West 16th Avenue and MacDonald Street.

There is free parking – plan some time as you may need to circle the block more than once and walk a block. There is a passenger drop-off zone in front, extra parking under the building, and good transit service along both 16th Avenue and MacDonald Street.

Please Note: I am not accepting new patients for “general practice” or “primary care” visits – that is, I accept new patients specifically for topics related to my special interest areas. The new patients I see have another doctor or clinic they go to for primary care (GP) visits.
